Ingredients
- 1 package of pasta
- 1 large tomato
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- fresh basil
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese
Preparation
Fry them with a little butter or oil.
In a saucepan, fry the onion until it is wilted, and add the concentrated tomato juice, dry basil, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
Then add the freshly cut tomatoes.
Lower the heat a little and leave it for another 5 minutes.
Before removing from the heat, add a little fresh basil (as much as you like), and pour the sauce and grated cheese.
Put the pasta and sauce on a separate heat and stir until the mixture thickens.
Then serve with grated parmesan cheese.
