List of ingredients for the chocolate yogurt cake recipe:
- 1 jar of plain yogurt
- 2 cups of fluid flour
- 1 jar of powdered sugar
- 1 jar of oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 gr of chocolate for pastry
Preheat your oven on thermostat 6 (about 180°C)
Preparation of the chocolate yoghurt cake:
- Start by melting the chocolate in a double boiler. Do not add anything to the chocolate.
- In a bowl mix the yogurt, flour and baking powder.
- Add the sugar and oil to the mixture.
- Add the eggs and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Mix the chocolate with the batter a little at a time until you have a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and lightly floured pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes on thermostat 6.
Check your chocolate yoghurt cake with a knife for doneness. It should be cooked on top and slightly moist inside. Enjoy!
